This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to take on a senior leadership role, driving the continued development of the practice, strengthening client relationships and shaping its future direction. You will: Lead the practice''s strategic direction, development and long-term success. Work with the existing Founder Directors, building on established client relationships and experience. Develop relationships with existing and new clients, contributing to bids, proposals and business development. Oversee successful project delivery across a range of project types, sizes and procurement methods. Balance strong architectural and design judgement with commercial awareness, project budgets and financial performance. Lead, manage and develop a growing team of architects, technologists and other disciplines. Identify opportunities to grow the practice''s workload and market position. Explore collaboration opportunities with the wider Group''s construction and residential development businesses while maintaining the practice''s independent identity.
