This is a busy and varied role where you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email. You''ll play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.Based in Epsom c£27,000 salary Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pmParking on siteKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.Process customer orders, requests and amendments accurately.Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.Provide customers with clear information regarding products and services.Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.Support the wider team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.Providing technical support, help and supportAchieve agreed service levels and response time targets.About YouPrevious experience in a customer service or customer support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.Empathetic with excellent listening ..... full job details .....
