Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 SEN Support (Chelmsford, Essex)1 Day Per Week (Tuesdays) SEN College Immediate StartWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student at a specialist SEN College located in Chelmsford, Essex.This student in particular has a love and interest hair and beauty.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to a student with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals. Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to implement individual learning plans. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Driving student to activitiesRequirements: Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is highly desirable. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning. Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, due to the location and nature of the role.
