RECfinancial is partnering with a market-leading Leicester-based business in the appointment of a Finance Manager. The role is based at an impressive Head Office and is commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Melton Mowbray, Coalville and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this exciting Finance Manager role will partner closely with the Commercial and Operations teams, providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Day-to-day responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, KPI reporting, financial analysis, cost control, business partnering, capital expenditure analysis and driving operational efficiency across the business. The role offers far more than traditional management accounting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and influence commercial decisions through meaningful financial analysis.
