Senior Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Cardiff (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to 65,000 + BonusCPS Group are working with an established technology business looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of its cloud infrastructure and play a key role in the ongoing development of its SaaS platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys getting hands-on with cloud technologies, driving improvements and having the autonomy to take projects from initial design through to implementation.The RoleYou''ll take responsibility for the cloud infrastructure supporting the organisation''s SaaS products and internal tooling, ensuring platforms remain secure, scalable and reliable.Key responsibilities will include:Taking ownership of cloud infrastructure, primarily within AWS.Designing, implementing and testing infrastructure solutions from initial concept through to delivery.Reviewing existing environments and identifying opportunities for improvement.Building proof-of-concept solutions to assess new technologies.Developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.Improving infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging and alerting.Producing technical documentation and sharing knowledge across the team.Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.Supporting wider technology areas, including Oracle Database and Middleware Administration and End User Computing, with opportunities ..... full job details .....
