About You

You are a strategic and visionary retail leader with a passion for crafting premium customer experiences in the physical retail space. You bring global expertise, operational excellence, and a proven track record in launching high-impact stores. With a sharp eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of how to bring a brand to life in the real world, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building exceptional teams.

You''ll be responsible for:

Global Retail Expansion: Spearhead Oner Active''s physical retail strategy, from concept to execution, with a focus on scalability and brand impactStore Launch Execution: Oversee the end-to-end process of launching new stores, from initial planning through to grand opening, ensuring excellence at every stageLocation Strategy: Source high-potential locations globally (with a focus on the UK and North America), leveraging strong relationships with trusted real estate partnersProject Management: Lead external agencies and contractors including architects and build teams, managing timelines, budgets, and execution with precisionRetail Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire in-store teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targetsSales and Performance: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimise operations to drive profitability and elevate the in-store customer journeyCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, operations, and product teams to ensure each store reflects Oner Active''s identity and community values

Y ou''ll need to have:

A minimum of 10 years of experience leading retail teams and executing store openings at scaleDirect experience opening physical stores in both North America and the UK.Demonstrated success managing large-scale retail budgets and staying on time and under costStrong project management skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partnersA network of trusted real estate agents, contractors, and premium design firms.Expertise across all areas of retail operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experienceHigh proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for strategic planning and reportingA sharp strategic mind with the ability to align retail initiatives with broader business goals
