You will play a key role in maintaining tooling, supporting changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Aldridge, Hockley, Quinton, Aldridge, Darlaston, Willenhall, Bilston, Bloxwich, Wombourne and Oldbury Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centres safely and efficiently. Preset tooling using Zoller tool presetting equipment Maintain machine cycle times and support OEE performance targets Conduct machine, fixture, and tooling TPM activities Troubleshoot machine, tooling, fixture, and cobot stoppages Perform authorised low-level CNC program edits Complete tooling breakage reports and production documentation Maintain accurate OEE data within the DMP system Plan and support machine changeovers Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate technical issues Follow Stop-Call-Wait procedures to protect product quality Escalate production, quality, or maintenance concerns promptly Support tooling presetting and other operational activities as required
