This role provides comprehensive HR administration and operational support while also managing key office logistics and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, effective employee support, and efficient day-to-day office operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting HR policy and process administration, working with HR management systems/platforms, and a good operational understanding of payroll processes and associated administration.
