Health and Wellbeing Practitioner- HMP Send (part time) Location: Surrey Salary: £13,928.57 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent About The Role The Forward Trust is seeking a compassionate and motivated Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at HMP Send, Surrey, working 18.75 hours per week. As part of our integrated Health and Wellbeing Service, you''ll support women experiencing substance misuse and low-level mental health challenges, helping them build healthier, more positive futures within a trauma-informed and gender-responsive environment. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you''ll deliver recovery-focused interventions, provide practical support, and help service users prepare for successful reintegration into the community.
