The primary responsibility will be the removal and replacement of shower heads within occupied and vacant rooms, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent time management and a practical hands-on approach.Key Responsibilities:Shower Head Replacement - Remove existing shower heads and install new units across multiple properties, working to daily targets.Working at Pace - Complete a high volume of shower head changes each day whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail.Room Access and Navigation - Move efficiently between rooms and buildings, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.Inspection Work - Check shower fittings and connections for any defects, leaks, or maintenance issues and report findings.Quality Assurance - Ensure all shower heads are securely fitted, functioning correctly, and left clean and presentable.Tool Handling - Safely use hand tools and equipment required for the removal and installation process.Health and Safety Compliance - Adhere to all site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.Requirements:Practical ..... full job details .....
