Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to support advisers and a portfolio of corporate clients.The RoleWorking alongside advisers, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing corporate employee benefit arrangements. This is a varied, hands-on position involving the day-to-day administration of pension and non-pension schemes, supporting HR teams and responding to employee queries.The role focuses on the ongoing servicing of workplace benefit arrangements, including renewals, membership changes and provider liaison, ensuring a consistently high level of client service.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for corporate client and employee queriesAdminister joiners and leavers across pension and insurance schemesRequest and manage new business and renewal quotations from providersProcess new business accurately through the back-office systemManage claims, on-risk matters and pension scheme administrationCoordinate annual renewals for insurance schemes and health cash plansGather and summarise scheme information from providersSupport advisers with renewal presentations and recommendation reportsReview and issue policy documents, accounts and client i
