Conveyancing Executive - Plot SalesTSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm who are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Executive to join their Residential New Build Plot Sales team in Worcester.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys new build work and is confident running their own caseload, while also playing a key role in supporting junior team members.The team acts for a range of developer clients and manages transactions from initial site set-up through to dealing with enquiries, exchange and completion. It''s a varied and commercially focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Conveyancing qualifications are not essential - what matters most is your experience, confidence and ability to manage plot sales transactions effectively.The RoleYou will:Manage your own caseload of new build plot sales transactions from instruction through to completionAdvise on a wide range of issues across the breadth of plot sales workAssist with site set-up and ongoing development transactionsSupport and guide junior team members as the team continues to growDeliver a consistently high level of client serviceWork collaboratively across the wider team to share knowledge and expertiseContribute to business development initiatives and identify cross-referral opportunitiesWhat My Client Is Looking ForExperience handling residential conveyancing matters (new build/plot sales experience would be highly advantageous)C
