This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service or internal sales professional to join a busy and supportive team. The role is varied and fast-paced, combining customer service, order processing, quotation generation, sales support and technical customer assistance. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently whilst delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to support sales growth. Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries received via telephone, email and in person. Generating and issuing customer quotations. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Providing customers with product information, technical support and order updates. Supporting customer needs from both a service and sales perspective. Assisting the external sales team with day-to-day activities and customer requests. Liaising with suppliers and service partners to resolve customer queries and outstanding issues. Maintaining accurate customer and order records. Managing workload effectively to ensure excellent service levels are maintained.
