As part of our expanding Damages and Valuations team, you will join a select group of the world''s foremost experts and advisors. The facts prove it. Assist with the preparation of economic damages and business valuation reportsConduct financial and industry researchAnalyse financial and non-financial information, and summarize and report findings to team members and to clientsDevelop valuation parameters (i.e. discount rate, forecasts, etc.) and prepare financial modelsAssist with the preparation of critique reports examining the conclusions of other expertsCommunicate with clients and counselPrepare for and attend hearings, trials and mediationsManage the day-to-day requirements of multiple engagementsRequirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with prior experience at one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms would be desirablePrevious experience in disputes, economic damages and/or business valuation would be an assetAble to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situationsAble to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problemsAble to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureExcellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skillsWilling to occasionally travel internationallyA rewarding career above all
