Community Fundraising and Engagement Manager
The Talent set is delighted to be partnering with The Army Benevolent Fund in the search for their Community Fundraising and Engagement Manager. The Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) is the Army''s national charity, supporting soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families in times of need. Founded in 1944, their purpose is to provide a lifetime of support to serving soldiers, former soldiers, and their families when they are in need, ensuring they can avoid hardship and enjoy independence and dignity. The Charity operates a regional structure across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with its central office in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join the ABF in a key managerial role, working with the Assistant Director to shape and grow community fundraising and engagement activities with audiences, including the Army family, across the UK. The individual will work closely with the ABF''s regional teams with particular responsibility for oversight of their Volunteer and Army Engagement aspects. The role Develop and implement effective community fundraising strategies to increase income and support the charity''s objectives Cultivate relationships with individual supporters, volunteers, and community groups to enhance engagement and participation. Plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring maximum participation and impact.
