Ensure all welds are of the highest standard, meeting both company and industry quality requirements. Inspect welds for defects and ensure repairs are made as necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project completion. Requirements: Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder (minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
