We are recruiting of-Internal Sales Support professional to join a respected, sustainable brand in the Construction sector. The position offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business.

Working closely with the external sales team, technical department and customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, processing enquiries, coordinating sales activities and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the external sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare quotations and assist with order processing and customer follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company systems.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues across sales, technical and logistics functions.
• Support the management of customer accounts and help identify opportunities for business growth.
• Assist with reporting, data management and general sales administration
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to continuous business improvement.

Salary details

• Basic salary upto -35k per annum
