This is an opportunity for a senior corporate insolvency professional to take a leading role in overseeing complex assignments, developing a team and supporting the continued growth of the firm. The Role You will oversee a portfolio of corporate insolvency and recovery assignments, providing technical guidance and ensuring cases progress efficiently and to a high professional standard. Working closely with the firm''s senior leadership, you will also contribute to client relationships, team performance and business development. Key Responsibilities Oversee a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments, including liquidations, administrations and other recovery matters. Manage complex cases, providing practical guidance on case strategy, investigations, asset realisations and distributions. Supervise and develop managers, administrators and junior team members. Review statutory reports, case documentation and financial information to maintain quality and compliance. Monitor case progression, deadlines, budgets, work in progress and fee recovery.
