Working closely with senior leadership and supporting teams across seven UK offices, you''ll lead the Practice Standards Team, oversee crucial compliance frameworks, and drive initiatives that support the continued success and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the Practice Standards Team. Mentor and support the Bid and Marketing teams. Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Coordinate and facilitate annual IMS reviews across the business. Organise and support both internal and external audits. Manage supplier approvals and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs). Review, update and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and standard practice templates. Administer and develop the company intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
