Financial ControllerA high-growth Technology business in Sheffield is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to lead its finance function through continued expansion and system transformation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a qualified accountant with strong business partnering skills and a passion for driving performance in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planningPartner with senior leaders across the business to deliver financial insight and controlOversee balance sheet integrity, PandL analysis, and KPI reportingManage and develop a team of finance professionalsDrive process improvements and lead the implementation of NetSuite across the divisionSupport tax, audit, and group reporting requirementsRequired experience:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or QBE) with strong UK GAAP knowledgeProven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a multi-entity or acquisitive businessConfident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersDetail-oriented, commercially minded, and systems-savvy (NetSuite experience a plus) Hybrid based (2 days in their Sheffield offices)Paying between (phone number removed), depending on experience.
