They are looking for a talented and driven Commercial Finance Manager to join their award-winning team, responsible for driving financial performance across their care homes.Job responsibilities

Lead the preparation of full management accounts, including PandL and balance sheet reconciliations for each care home.Present financial performance to the CFO and senior leadership.Produce weekly reporting for Directors and Senior Managers.Manage VAT and CIS returns across the Group.Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with Regional Managers and Operations Directors.Lead ad hoc projects from process improvements to performance deep-dives.Contribute to strategic initiatives such as new home integrations and financial modelling.About you
