You will play a key role in managing customer orders and enquiries, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for customers.Correctly input orders into the system.Act as a key link between customers and internal departments, coordinating information to keep orders moving efficiently.Ensure any queries are dealt with promptly.Support the wider team with day-to-day administration and contribute to service delivery and operational efficiency.Administrative duties such as organising document records and ensuring they are stored accurately and clearly. Maintain compliance to GDPR regulations.Other duties or responsibilities as needed.
