Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am–2:00pm

Join Our Clients Bespoke Fabrication Team

Our client are a well-established bespoke fabrication company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality metalwork for commercial and residential projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Fabrication Installer / Site Fitter to join their installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on varied, bespoke projects. The role involves UK-wide travel, with accommodation and expenses provided when working away.

The Role

As a Fabrication Installer / Site Fitter, you will be responsible for installing bespoke fabricated products safely, accurately, and to a high standard. You will work on a variety of projects, installing architectural metalwork and fabricated structures at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Installing bespoke fabricated metalwork on customer sites.
• Fitting architectural metalwork, steelwork, staircases, balustrades, handrails, and other fabricated products.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation plans.
• Measuring, aligning, assembling, and securing fabricated components.
• Using hand and power tools to complete installation work.
• Carrying out drilling, cutting, grinding, and minor adjustments on site where required.
• Working safely at height and following all site safety procedures.
• Liaising with site managers, contractors, and customers.
• Ensuring all installations meet company quality standards.
• Completing projects professionally and efficiently.

What We''re Looking ForEssential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Fitter, Fabrication Installer, or similar installation role.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Valid IPAF qualification.
• Valid PASMA qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication or engineering drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
