Current schemes include large-scale new build residential developments, commercial offices, education facilities, and heritage restorations, with values reaching up to 200m.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and final account negotiations.
