Technical Support Engineer

Overview
Technical Support Engineer – IC2 at Dexian Europe for a leading and advanced Software Development company. Hybrid work: 2 days per week onsite in Staines. Employment type: Temporary Placement (via Dexian) – Temporary Agency Worker Employment Contract. Duration: minimum 12 months with potential to extend or convert to permanent.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend/UI issues reported by customers.Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to guide them toward solutions.Contribute to knowledge base content and promote best practices.Collaborate with internal teams for more complex or product-related issues.Share insights that support product and support process improvements.Maintain documentation, case notes, and communication hygiene.Required Skills and Qualifications
