This is a hands-on role where you''ll support people with their housing, wellbeing and everyday challenges, helping them regain confidence and move towards independent living. The Role As a Supported Housing Officer, you''ll manage a caseload of clients, providing practical and emotional support while helping them achieve their personal goals. Key responsibilities include: Developing individual support plans and helping clients work towards their goals. Providing tenancy advice and guidance on housing and welfare benefits. Supporting clients with daily living skills and maintaining their accommodation. Carrying out property checks, risk assessments and safeguarding duties. Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally. Keeping accurate client records and working with external support services.
