Newly Qualified Lawyer - LitigationLondon Borough CouncilPermanent ContractWe are delighted to be working with our London Borough client to recruit a Newly Qualified Litigation Lawyer to their dynamic and busy Local Authority in-house Litigation and Prosecution Legal Team. You must have experience of Litigation, and/or Prosecution work.The Newly Qualified Litigation Lawyer will report to and be supervised by a Senior Lawyer in the Litigation Team. The role will require you to undertake generally straightforward litigation and/or prosecution casework, legal advice, negotiation, drafting, attendance at meetings, and/or advocacy relevant to the role.The role will require you to prepare all legal documentation, and advise on legal matters relevant to the caseload and role, and assist other lawyers in the team in relation to more complex or specialized cases and matters, as and when required.
