Business Support Manager
Location - Midlands, preferably Northampton area. Travel to other locations requiredPermanent/ Full-TimeWe''re looking for a dynamic Business Support Manager to ensure we are providing the highest level of operational performance across a multi-site contract through rigorous data analysis, compliance oversight, reporting governance, and process excellence.This role acts as the central point for performance insight, ensuring all PPMs, work orders, purchase orders, staff training and supporting documentation meet required standards; you will ensure Facilities Managers and wider team remain aligned, accountable, and consistently achieving performance expectations.In this role, you will deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports covering KPIs, WOs, PPMs, and compliance metrics; analysing trends, identify risk areas, and present actionable insights to management. Overseeing the integrity and completion of all work orders across the portfolio, we''re looking for you to ensure reactive, planned and statutory tasks are logged correctly and completed on time.
