Overview

In this role, you''ll lead the finance strategy and help lay the foundations for sustainable growth. Acting as a key advisor to the Founder, you''ll bring a commercial lens to financial planning and use your insights to influence business decisions. You''ll own the forecasting process, manage key financial models, and offer strategic support across all areas of the business. There will also be a strong technical accounting focus to support business operations at a high level.Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting planning and growth initiativesDeliver financial analysis and insights to improve commercial performanceBuild and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plansProvide strategic input on the use of newly secured investment and evaluate growth risks and opportunitiesHigh Level, hands on technical accoutingSupport potential fundraising processes and investor engagementReview and advise on commercial contracts and strategic partnershipsQualifications

Demonstrated success in a senior finance leadership role, within a creative or media environmentStrong strategic thinking with a commercial edge and ability to work with cross-functional teamsDeep experience in financial operations, planning, budgeting, and reportingComfortable operating as the standalone finance expert in a small teamExceptional communication abilities, both written and verbalStrong Technical accounting ability
