Interim MandA and Year end Accountant - Gloucestershire - 2 days in the office My client, a growing international manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury, are looking to take on an interim Accountant for a period of 3-6 months.Main responsibilities will include: - Year end and audit support- Preparing and updating various schedules for loading into the data room - Locating and centralising numerous documents for loading into a data room - Preparing analysis of turnover and cost of sales by product group, customer, and industry - Reaching out to overseas subsidiaries to obtain information as required - Providing ad hoc support to the rest of the management accounts team as required - Supporting non-finance teams in collating the required information ready for the data roomMandA experience would be very useful, and this assignment is outside of scope of IR35.What you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
