We are seeking an experienced and passionate Play Leader for an Ofsted rated ''Good'' North Liverpool based primary school. This is a part time, long-term role with a daily rate of up to 100 per day.Core Responsibilities:Activity Planning and Implementation:Developing and leading a variety of age-appropriate games, sports, arts and crafts, and other activities that encourage physical activity, creativity, and social interaction.Child Supervision and Safety:Ensuring the physical safety and well-being of all children in the program, adhering to safety regulations, and responding to any accidents or emergencies.Positive Interaction and Role Modelling:Building positive relationships with children, providing guidance and support, and acting as a positive role model for behaviour and social skills.Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with parents or guardians about their child''s experiences in the program and collaborating with other staff members to ensure a smooth and cohesive program.Administrative Tasks:Preparing and maintaining activity areas, managing equipment and resources, and potentially assisting with snack service and other administrative duties.
