Job Title: School Receptionist

Pay Rate: -1317 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a friendly and organised School Receptionist to join a school in Wandsworth. This role involves providing excellent front-of-house support and ensuring the smooth running of the school office.

• Welcome visitors, parents, and staff to the school

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails

• Manage incoming and outgoing post

• Maintain school records and filing systems

• Support school staff with basic administrative tasks

• Assist with pupil attendance and office duties as needed

• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Professional and friendly attitude

• Ability to handle confidential information

• This is a temp-to-perm role

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
