No sales team yet, no ceiling on commission, and a real route to lead the team you help build. Why this role Every lead is organic. Homeowners have already contacted the business, and many book their own calls. There are no cold calls and no bought data. That means sales from day one. The buyer will feel familiar: a homeowner weighing up a technical purchase who needs it explained simply. New government-backed funding means customers no longer need an upfront payment. The business expects to be very busy over the next couple of years, and you would be in at the start of it. What you''ll do You will speak to the customer, listen to what they want, book a virtual survey, then recommend the right mix of solar PV, air source heat pumps and battery storage.
