This is a permanent position offering a great opportunity to work on high-quality components in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Trim, bond, and finish components in the Trim Shop department to a high-quality standard, adhering to all standard operations and proceduresManufacture, assemble and build specialist parts using engineering drawings and associated design data to meet business and customer expectationsSupport Production Managers and Team Leaders in ensuring all parts are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardTake an active role in continuous improvementsEnsure equipment and tooling are maintained and any issues are identified to the line managerAttend and support production meetings if requiredMaintain component traceability and adhere to company procedures in all work carried outComply fully with company policies, including Health and Safety, at all timesPerform any other reasonable duties as requiredJob Requirements:Experience in trimming within the Aerospace or Automotive industryMechanical, fitting or joining experience in Aerospace, Automotive or similar industriesCompetent skills gained through training and experience, with the ability to communicate within a teamUnderstanding of workshop policies and proceduresKnowledge of production methods and processesAbilit
