You''ll be working within occupied properties, responding to day-to-day repair requests across a local patch. This is a reactive maintenance role rather than an EICR programme, making it ideal for someone who enjoys fault finding, repairs and delivering a high standard of customer service.

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Carrying out reactive electrical repairs within domestic properties
• Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works
• Making installations safe and carrying out minor testing where required
• Working across a local housing patch with no extensive travel
• Attending the main stores/office when required before travelling to jobs
• Providing clear job updates and completing repair records

ECS Gold Card (or equivalent)
Previous experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs
Experience working within social housing (preferred)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service

Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams, with an expected start following approximately one week of onboarding and IT setup.
