Assisting class teachers and the SENDCo in implementing individual support plans, strategies and adaptations. Supporting children to access the full curriculum, ensuring they are included, engaged, and supported academically and socially. Promoting independence, confidence and well-being, enabling pupils to achieve their potential. Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals as necessary to support each child''s progress.What we''re looking for: An experienced Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) with a strong track record in supporting pupils with special educational needs.
