Your new role Your new role as a Policy Technician means that you will be responsible for the production of Policy documentation to enhance the service provided to Clients/Agents, together with the checking of MRC Slips and endorsements, and checking policy documents prior to bureau submission. Some of your key responsibilities will include checking Market Reform contracts and certificate documentation as produced by account handlers or Technician, liaising with Underwriters'' representatives, feeding back to Account Handlers details of errors in producing the document and Checking Market Reform Contracts or other policy documents prior to submission to PPL / Whitespace.
