Network Consultant - 6 months - Leamington Spa We''re currently working with one of our key partners who are looking to recruit a Network Consultant for an initial 6-Month contract. Key Responsibilities: Lead resolution of P1/P2 network incidents Troubleshoot complex network issues (routing, switching, wireless, DNS, Firewalls, SD-WAN, cloud) Act as technical lead and SME for all network-related issues Design and maintain network infrastructure, documentation, and architecture diagrams Proactively monitor network performance and implement improvements Create SOPs, traffic flow maps, and service improvement plans Own and drive problem management and risk mitigation Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure rapid issue resolution Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning Mentor junior engineers and support wider IT teams Essential Skills andamp; Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on networking experience CCNP (required), CCIE (preferred) Deep knowledge of Cisco tech, Fortinet, Firewalls, F5, DNS/DHCP Proficient with network analysis tools (eg, Wireshark, SolarWinds) Strong understanding of ITIL (v3 or v4 certification preferred) Excellent communication and incident leadership skills Experience working in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments Customer-focused, team-oriented, and proactive attitude Contract Details: Duration: 6 months Determination: Inside IR35 Day Rate: £450 Per Day - £500 Per Day Location: Leamington Spa Start Date: ASAP N
