The role of the File Handler is to carry out complex and technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents. These claims will be up to £25,000 in value. Instructions are received at the point of litigation, so a full knowledge of handling RTA claims through to conclusion via a court hearing is necessary.The main aspects of the role will involve:Review and analysis of files throughout the life of the case, and in accordance with the client guidelinesDevelop and maintain client relationships, always keeping the client at the heart of every decisionFormulating an initial strategy for approval by Team Leader.Legal resea
