Our client, a prominent and reputable automotive retailer in the UK, is looking for a committed Vehicle Technician to join their busy branch in Newcastle. Duties:

- Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, general faults, and safety issues
- Complete work to DVSA standards ensuring compliance and quality
- Provide excellent customer service and explanations of work completed
- Perform all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required

Candidate Specification:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Full UK driving licence, as vehicle movement is part of the role
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Motivated to expand technical knowledge and skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
