In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering specialist plasterwork and interior projects from order through to final account across some of the UK''s most prestigious developments. You''ll oversee both the commercial and operational delivery of projects, working closely with clients, site teams and the workshop to ensure programmes are met, costs are controlled and work is delivered to the highest standard. You''ll manage project finances, valuations, variations and reporting using advanced Excel calculations while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and on schedule.
This role would suit a Project Manager with Excel calculation experience looking to take ownership of prestigious, high-end interior projects within a specialist contractor offering long-term progression and excellent earning potential.
The Role:
- Manage high-end residential, commercial and heritage projects (-100k1.5m) across London and the South East
- Oversee commercial and operational project delivery from order through to final account
- Manage project finances including valuations, variations, invoicing and cost reporting using Excel formulas
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality
- Support ongoing professional development including SMSTS training
The Person:
- Project Management experience within construction or similar
- Strong Excel calculation and reporting skills
- Commercially minded with experience managing project costs
- Commutable to Sutton/Purley and able to travel across London and the South East
- Full UK driving licence
