Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of a modular construction project within a live healthcare environment. This role requires a strong and proactive leader, ideally with experience in modular construction, who can manage site operations effectively while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality in a sensitive setting.

Key Responsibilities Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for the installation of modular units
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules to maintain programme timelines
• Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring clear communication and task allocation
• Ensure all works are completed in line with technical specifications and quality standards

• Enforce strict health and safety procedures in line with CDM regulations and company policies
• Carry out regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting
• Maintain site security, access control, and safe separation from operational and public areas

• Provide regular progress updates and attend coordination meetings
• Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve site issues
• Liaise with client representatives during site visits and maintain professional communication

• Oversee installation quality and commissioning processes
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, daily records, permits, and inspections
• Ensure all snagging and handover documentation is completed to required standards

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within modular or fast-track construction
• Experience working on complex, live operational sites
• Strong understanding of modular installation, crane operations, and logistics planning
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-sensitivity environment
• Competent in interpreting drawings, managing quality, and working to programme deadlines

• NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification – Desirable
