We can also accommodate a September start.As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will directly be involved in helping children manage and cope with their emotions and mental health, fostering a safe and engaging environment where learning can happen.These young students struggle with challenging mental health such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD and post-traumatic stress disorder. Your main duties as a Mental Health Support Assistant will include providing support to these students, to help them settle into their routines in school and minimise triggering situations as much as possible. These young people need someone who can facilitate a positive and safe environment for them to learn and grow.
