We are looking for a main contractor''s Senior Quantity Surveyor for the newly appointed Finsbury Square office of a leading, Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor which will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead on a multi-phase estate regeneration in Guildford.Reporting directly to the commercial director, it would best suit a confident Surveyor with 5 to 15 years'' post graduate experience with reputable main contractors looking for great career prospects with a thriving firm.The opportunity;Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts on a £30m town centre development.Project-based role in Guildford, Surrey.A very competitive remuneration package including generous annual bonuses.A very healthy pipeline of further high profile major projects throughout Greater London / Surrey.Candidate essentials;Project experience gained with main contractors on landmark, residential-led, city centre regenerations.A stable track record of successfully agreeing substantial subcontract and client accounts including groundworks, RC frames and residential fit-out packages.
