You will manage projects from concept through technical design, FFandE specification, procurement coordination and installation, working closely with senior designers and project managers.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage residential projects from initial brief through to installationDevelop design concepts, presentations and coordinated technical drawingsProduce FFandE specifications, finishes schedules and bespoke joinery detailsCoordinate clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and project managersMonitor budgets, procurement, deadlines, approvals and project documentationSkills and Experience Required3+ years'' UK residential interior design experienceDegree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design or related disciplineProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud and ExcelStrong technical drawing, FFandE specification and bespoke joinery experienceKnowledge of UK Building Regulations, procurement and construction coordinationYou will demonstrate confident client communication, commercial awareness and experience managing concurrent projects.
