Providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirements:2+ years of Service Technician experience requiredASE CertificationB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine RepairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMust have clean and valid driver''s license
