As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: Using your previous experience of FM services, property fit-out, maintenance or renovation, you will create new business opportunities through generating new leads, conducting industry research, undertaking cold sales calling, and visiting prospective clients. Responding to incoming customer queries by scheduling meetings, visiting sites, and quoting for preventative maintenance and immediate facilities management, as well as associated property maintenance/refurbishment requirements. Utilizing site visits to identify additional business/sales opportunities not initially recognized or mentioned by the client. Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation using well-informed and gathered information from the client and the wider FM/building services industry.
