Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Pastry Chef De Partie, for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and MorningsThis is your chance to bring fresh ideas to the Kitchen and elevate the Pastry menu.The role is paying 32000pa + Service Charge (up to 3000 per year) Ideal experience would come from a Michelin star setting or Rosette No Monday working as restaurant is closed Sunday lunchtime working only Allocated one extra evening off per week.Split Shifts required between shifts.Car parking on siteLive in options available for a small feeOverall Objective:Preparation of different types of dough, batters, fillings, and creams.Judging the quantity and quality of ingredients needed for pastries, cakes, and desserts.Decorating and plating desserts according to appropriate designs and standards.Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.Coordinating with the head pastry chef to receive instructions and organize the work process.Monitoring the inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients and equipment''s.Updating menus and suggesting new pastry items to attract customers.Training and supervising junior pastry cooks, and delegating tasks to them.Observing and following the established recipes and procedures to maintain consistency in the product quality.If interested, please get in contact with a Manpower
