Head of Sales Overview We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales function from our Head Office in Chesterfield. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and managing a high-performing team within a dynamic and growing business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Experience within the FMCG sector is highly desirable, and knowledge of the chemicals industry would be a distinct advantage.
