SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Solihull (B37) who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team £27,000 + Private Health Hybrid Must have knowledge and understanding of industry qualification schemes such as ECS, PASMA, and SKILLcard. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join our team, with a strong background in the engineering or construction industry. This role is critical in ensuring that our engineering workforce holds and maintains the correct qualifications and certification cards to comply with industry regulations and site requirements. You''ll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all qualification cards, including but not limited to ECS, PASMA, and SKILLcard, ensuring full compliance and operational readiness across all projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date records of all engineer qualification cards and certifications. Ensure timely renewal and application of ECS, PASMA, SKILLcard, and other industry-specific cards. Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies as required. Support the onboarding process by verifying qualification cards and ensuring all compliance checks are completed. Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals to prevent any lapse in compliance. Respond to internal and external queries regarding qualifications and certification.
